Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing or participating in the service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions alongside our Privacy Policy.

Usage Constraints & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for its intended uses. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access if you violate these constraints:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purposes;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network;
• Promote or advertise products or services without proper authorization;
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us, any of our Customers, or other users;
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service outside of allowed APIs.

User Accounts and Subscriptions

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. The Service includes recurring payments for periodic subscriptions. Access to the Service may be suspended for any account actively delinquent in billing. Subscriptions can be managed via the client workspace interface.

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain copyright and any other intellectual property rights you hold in content that you post. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on third parties. By posting content via the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and prepare operations concerning your content directly in relation to providing the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeti (IncrediBee Private Limited) limits our liability related to damages or consequential effects from use of third-party platforms to fifty pounds sterling (GBP 50). We are providing the Service on an "as-is" and "as available" basis.
